Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the date of the receipt, provided the item is in saleable condition. A receipt must be presented to our staff. - Exchanges are applicable only for defective books, such as printing errors, jumping pages, or missing pages, within 7 days after the date of purchase and with a receipt. - In case of duplicated copies, exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the date of the receipt. Please bring the duplicated book for exchange or send a photo showing both copies together and email us for verification. (The exchanged item must be in good condition, saleable, and still sealed in plastic if originally wrapped.)
All exchanges will be processed only at Kinokuniya Siam Paragon Store, Customer Service Counter.
Pictorial Book(s) can only be exchanged for the same title(s).
