Exchange & Refund Policies

• Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the date of the receipt, provided the item is in saleable condition. A receipt must be presented to our staff.
     -    Exchanges are applicable only for defective books, such as printing errors, jumping pages, or missing pages, within 7 days after the date of purchase and with a receipt.
      -  In case of duplicated copies, exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the date of the receipt. Please bring the duplicated book for exchange or send a photo showing both copies together and email us for verification. (The exchanged item must be in good condition, saleable, and still sealed in plastic if originally wrapped.)
•  All exchanges will be processed only at Kinokuniya Siam Paragon Store, Customer Service Counter.
•  Pictorial Book(s) can only be exchanged for the same title(s).
•  We regret that no refund will be made.
