Spirit Boards for Beginners : The History & Mystery of Talking to the Other Side (Llewellyn's for Beginners)

People have always tried to contact the beyond, but it was only with the invention of the spirit board in the 19th century that this became practical for many thousands of spirit communication enthusiasts. Is it a demonic terror or a useful spiritual tool? In this new book, Alexandra Chauran follows the history of spirit contact techniques leading to the development of the Ouija board and its amazing history. It's filled with dozens of fascinating reports from people who have used the board, ranging from the spookily creeptastic to the downright silly. You'll also learn how you can safely use the board for fun or spirituality, avoid fraud, and deal with doubting sceptics or religious fears.
