The Dalhousie U. School of Architecture established a "Free Lab" summer program in 1991, and this collection provides a pictorial and text overview of 44 of the exercises that have been completed since then. Macy, who has helped to implement and lead the program over the years, uses hundreds of color photographs to document each lab assignment in progress, as well as the final result.
