Her Name is Axis

In the near future, the world's wealthiest person is Axis: a retired professional bodybuilder and adult film director who, through judicious investments and ruthless business acumen over many decades, has parlayed her vast accumulated wealth into a multitrillion-dollar globe-spanning empire that overseers everything from the design of genetic age inhibitors to the commercial licensing of her own iconoclastic image. But although they wear her designer clothes, watch her movies, buy her records, frequent her nightclubs, and slavishly follow the advice in her best-selling self-help books, even Axis' most ardent admirers are unaware that her obsessive penchant for domination extends far beyond the world of commerce into a much darker realm of transgression that grafts the carnal with the charnel, as befitting a tenderized love story in which no bad deed goes unrewarded.
